Micro-macroscopic anatomy of the lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes that form the parietal lymphatic pathways of the human thoracic cavity

چکیده
Introduction: Many pathological processes such as infections, intoxications, and malignant tumors were spread through the lymphatic vessels of thoracic cavity. In present study, we investigated anatomy lymph nodes cavity in humans.
 Materials methods: The examination was performed on 60 cadavers fetuses (25), newborn children (14), (11), adults (10). Lymphatic rib periosteum, costovertebral, costotransverse, sternocostal joints, well parietal studied. A comparative study arterial, venous, carried out.
 Results: include parasternal (localized along course arteries veins), paramammary (located near lateral edge pectoralis major muscle), intercostal, paravertebral, upper diaphragm. efferent periosteum perichondrium first three ribs go to intercostal nodes, parasternal, paravertebral diaphragmatic nodes.
 Conclusion: presence intercalated is characteristic entire system should be considered pathology
